Lotus // Geneva Motor Show

For the design of the Lotus stand at the Geneva Motor Show meant translating the already established architecture of the Lotus stands onto a long and thin footprint rather than the square one we were used to. The solution was a square minimalist style structure with the focal point of the LED columns from the previous stands and viewing balconies either side. The stand had a motorsport section to the front, with the real feature of the design at the heart of the structure; two vertical spinning F1 cars, a real focal point to the hospitality area on the first floor.

We were extremely excited to receive special commendation for the design at the Geneva Motor Show. The judges said that,

“The jury discovered a space where expertise, precision and motorsports are given pride of place. Stand access is managed with visitors in mind, allowing them to discover the different models in a totally user-friendly way. Far from being elitist, the Lotus stand is very welcoming and open, allowing visitors to climb aboard the cars on show. A real fave for the whole jury”
