For the duration of the 2012 London Olympics Kiwi House resided at the Central Saint Martins campus in Kings Cross. Having been given quite an open brief, I came up with the concept of a recycled, eco haven to reflect New Zealand’s green reputation. The main feature of the design is the Kiwi food garden out front including a BBQ curated by Peter Gordon (esteemed Kiwi chef), native New Zealand plants and specially designed crate seating.
