The idea behind the concepts for the Galbani roadshows were to create a sense of rustic Italian home cooking whilst combining a sense of fun and play. The first concept was using a vintage van as the backdrop, housing two spin wheels to select a cheese and a food to combine as a taste game, with fresh ingredients in crates and the centrepiece of a rustic ‘family table’ laden with prepared foods to be sampled with the cheese.

The second concept was based around a demo kitchen clad in rustic looking wood surrounded by classic games to give a sense of fun and games in a more literal form.
